Follow a question through the available public evidence.

A curated lens selects signals; it produces no score or ranking of the world.

Geopolitical activity

Look for changes in visible movement and connectivity, not evidence of intent.

Follows / why
Broadcasting military aircraft and business jets describe visible movement; connectivity interruptions describe access. Government Activity would add public preparation indicators, but is planned.
Deliberately leaves out
Natural hazards, market movements and restaurant activity are left out: they do not establish political intent.
Blind spots
Non-broadcasting flights are missing, business jets have many ordinary uses, and outages have many causes. These observations cannot establish government decisions.

Hypothesis support is not evaluated here. Source severity is not statistical deviation; statistical deviation does not establish real-world risk.
