Internet Connectivity follows access interruptions; Ransomware Attacks follows public claims by ransomware groups. Cyber Pressure and GPS Interference are planned extensions, not current measurements.
Deliberately leaves out
Aircraft movements and environmental events are not treated as evidence of cyber activity.
Blind spots
Ransomware claims are selective and not independent verification. Connectivity failures need not be attacks; private incidents and many local failures are invisible.

Hypothesis support is not evaluated here. Source severity is not statistical deviation; statistical deviation does not establish real-world risk.
